Abstract
Evidence of evolutionary regularities has been considered for Siberian Iceland spar province at the scale of this mineral species. The N. P. Yushkin’s locatype appears there as an evolutionary unit within limits of a single mineral-forming rhythm. It is shown that D. V. Rundkvist’s evolution laws for the ore-forming processes may be supplemented by other rules analogous to general biological evolution laws.
Key words: mineral species, evolutionary unit, evolution laws, Iceland spar.
